How many canapes to order?
Well that depends on a few things, such as:
- time of day (lunchtime/dinner time = hungry guests, whereas afternoon = not-so-hungry guests)
- length of your event (generally we'd serve 3 canapes per hour)
So , keeping in mind the above criteria:
- For a substantial amount of food, we recommend a selection of 6-10 canapes.
- For light grazing we recommend 3-5 canapes per person.
