Tomato relish

Fresh tomatoes, herbs, red wine vinegar, brown sugar. The perfect all-rounder, and particuarly appreciated at the bbq.

Fruit and ginger chutney

Fresh fruit and ginger cooked out with apple cider vinegar, spices, and brown sugar. Perfect accompaniment to chicken, pork, and ham.

Balsamic Glaze

Balsamic vinegar infused with star anise, cloves, cinnamon, juniper berries, and orange zest, and mellowed out with a scoop dark brown cane sugar.

Stone fruit compote

Fresh orange juice infused with chilli, cloves, star anise, fennel seeds, and cane sugar. Perfect with ham, pork, duck, chicken, and in salad dressings.
